travelers, flights, details of arrival and departure, Date,
flight of accommodation, total night of stay, Transfer service
required and if there is any special attention me.

Rate in
use :
|
1. All rates are quoted in US dollars currency per unit
per night of per person.
2. All hotels rates, which have show in special rates, are
included services charge and vat (17 %)
3. All rates are based of these valid at the time, number
of printing (November 15, 2001) are therefore, rates are
change according to market fluctuation, if necessary.
4. Final rates are subject to confirm at the time of
Bangkok request.
5. Room rates, are based on standard room of run of the
house accommodation unless other indicated.
6. Rates are applicable and good only if reservation and
payment are made through.

Payment : as following conditions.

F.I.T. booking : |
30 %
deposit of total amount is required during off season unless
otherwise indicated. During peak period hotel often requests
one night of = 50 % off total room rates as deposit to secure
con firm reservation. Pass upon arrival make payment on
request.

|
Group Booking :
|
A
deposit for = 50 % of total room change is required 30 days
prior to arrival or option date advised upon con formation.
Final payment by bank draft or telegram transfer of swift
remittances payable to KB tour Ltd., Part otherwise
payment should be dome by cash or credit cards (visa or master
or JEB) or bank draft arrival.

Extra :
|
In general There is only one
extra is allowed in each guestroom with maximum 3 persons.
Most hotel provide "Rollaway" as extra bed

Cancellation/no show : |
Any cancellation made within 48 hrs. or option date advised
upon confirmation is subject charge one night room rates to be
charge to different periods.

Refund :
|
1.Deposit is non refundable and non transferable to
different periods.
2.No refund of deduction will be made after checked in
|

Exchange voucher:
|
1. It
is necessary that KB. Tour Ltd., Part. And its telephone
number should be written of printed all you hotel voucher
before providing to clients which should represented to the
hotel reception upon check in to ensure hotel to honor
special rate udder contact between hotel and KB. Tour Ltd.,
Part. Failure to do so may cause hotel to bill clients
directly on rack rate while cancellation charge is also
required by us. For the booking reserved.
2. In case of missing voucher of lost minute booking
with out voucher carried by clines, Please Fax. A Code
of original vouched to KB. Tour Ltd., Part. Prior to
clients arrival.
